Terms of use

These terms apply to all next-plans features (calendar, holiday deals, deal subscriptions, accommodation profiles). The operator is J. Haitz, Feldstrasse, Hirzel (Switzerland), info@next-plans.com. next-plans is a private, non-commercial project.

next-plans shows cantonal school and public holidays, lets you plan your own holiday windows and displays offers from accommodations. There is no entitlement to permanent availability, specific offers or error-free data.

Bookings and enquiries always go directly to the accommodation. next-plans is neither a tour operator nor a broker, never becomes a contracting party and receives no commission. Prices, availability, services as well as cancellation and payment terms are governed solely by the host's own information.

A free account is required for enquiries and deal subscriptions. Your details must be accurate and your credentials kept confidential. Accounts may not be shared with third parties. You can have your account deleted at any time via info@next-plans.com.

• No abusive use, no automated scraping and no circumvention of protection mechanisms.
• Do not post unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• Do not disrupt operations or the technical infrastructure.

Hosts are responsible for their profile and offer content and warrant that they hold all necessary rights to texts, images and logos. Offers must genuinely be available in the stated period and prices must be correct. We may remove content without notice in the event of violations.

Deal subscriptions are only sent after explicit sign-up and can be ended at any time via the unsubscribe link or the subscription centre.

Use is at your own risk. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. In particular we accept no liability for host information, for bookings made or failed, for the content of linked sites, or for data loss or downtime.

The content, design and brand of next-plans are protected. Any use outside the platform requires our consent.

We may amend these terms, for example for new features or legal requirements. We will inform you of material changes; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Swiss law applies. Insofar as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the operator's domicile.
